Hareware Design
From components choosing, schematic design to PCB layout, our hardware engineers are good at quick response to customer’s requirements about tailor-made mainboard, providing customers with high performance & reliability solutions.
Software Development
Software engineers customize system software according to customers’ requirements, for example Linux, Android 11, Android 12, Android 14,etc.
Testing
A series of testing will be carried out for the mainboard, for example AOI testing, ICT testing,FCT testing, aging testing, high&low temperature testing, etc.

OEM Service for Embedded ARM & X86 Industrial Motherboard
With our in house PCBA manufacturing, Unionway Smart provides customers with high-quality PCBA manufacturing. We have 6 SMT lines, 3 DIP lines and 2 finished product assembly lines and 3 testing lines, equipped with new imported Juki and Samsung SMT machines, automatic SPI machine, ten-zone reflow oven, wave soldering, AOI, X-RAY, SPI, ICT, fully air-conditioned dust-free workshop, lead-free production process, constant temperature and humidity electronic warehouse. We passed ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 and ISO13485 certifications.
